- Driver’s license/insurance/vehicle information for transportation reimbursement.
We also automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software, such as your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, referring website addresses, and pages you visit. We use this information to maintain quality of our services and to provide general statistics regarding use of our websites.
Most of the information listed above will constitute “Personally Identifiable Information” or “Personal Data” depending on the extent to which such information is protected by relevant privacy or data protection laws.

We will only use your personal information in accordance with applicable law and for the following purposes:

We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our websites and identify repeat visitors to our sites. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

The computers/servers in which we store personal information are kept in a secure environment.

Only employees, contractors, and agents who need the information to perform a specific job or function are granted access to your personal information, and such individuals are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations. The MTM Transit Websites and MTM Transit do no knowingly solicit data from children, and we do not knowingly market to children. Specifically, in accordance with California’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the MTM Transit Websites are general audience websites and are not directed to children under the age of 13 and do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
